SUBLEASE TERMS

• Month-to-month requiring 30 days notice from subleaser or subleasee
  
• $50 deposit and signed sub-lease agreement are both REQUIRED to hold the space. The $50 deposit will then be held as a key deposit, which will be refunded when all keys are returned when vacating.
